Samples and technical materials
Agree on sample quantity, handling, charges, shipment and return or disposal before sending materials. Specify confidentiality requirements before sharing proprietary formulations or drawings.
Factory trials and acceptance tests need agreed inputs and criteria. A machinery demonstration does not establish shelf life, product efficacy or every regulatory requirement for the finished product.
