Scope
This notice describes the public StickPackMachine equipment website and its contact links. It does not describe the separate practices of WhatsApp or other services you choose to use.
Information handled by the site
When you use a contact link, the site records the source page, campaign or application context, timestamp, destination number and a generated Reference ID. It uses a hashed anonymous session identifier to associate repeated clicks. A click alone does not submit a name, email address or WhatsApp conversation.
If you send a message to our team, we receive the information you choose to share through that channel, such as contact details and equipment requirements. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential formulations without first agreeing on suitable handling.
Why the information is used
Inquiry context helps the team understand your request, respond to it and maintain project records. Operational logs may be used to diagnose failures, limit abusive requests and protect the service.
Cookies and browser storage
The sp_wa_session cookie is created by the contact endpoint to associate an anonymous session with inquiry clicks. Its configured maximum age is 180 days. A utm_source cookie may store a campaign source for up to 30 days when that parameter is present.
The public equipment pages do not currently load optional advertising or analytics integrations. Browser settings can delete or restrict cookies; doing so may change how repeated clicks are associated. Administrative sign-in, where used by authorized staff, has separate authentication cookies.
External services and retention
A contact button opens WhatsApp only after you choose it. You can review the message before sending. WhatsApp handles its own service data under its policies. Hosting and technical providers may process operational data needed to run the site.
Inquiry and project records are kept for operational follow-up and applicable business requirements. Cookie expiry does not automatically delete server-side inquiry records. Contact the team to discuss access, correction or deletion of information linked to your inquiry.
Questions about your information
Use the website contact route and include your Reference ID where available. Ask the team to identify the responsible contracting entity for your project and the channel for a privacy request. This notice is updated when the site’s data handling changes.
